The ad copy is submitted in full by the publication deadline date.
	The advertiser understands that OBC Publishing will provide a proof of the ad so the advertiser can check for corrections or omissions. OBC Publishing Company is not set up to provide an advertiser with several renditions of an ad. If such a service is desired, the advertiser should consult with a graphic design agency.
	Advertisers understand they will be charged for excessive alterations and/or deviations from original copy submitted at a rate of $50 per hour.

Advertising Proofs
There is no guarantee of a proof unless ad copy is submitted in full by the copy deadline date. When an ad proof is provided, it is the responsibility of the advertiser to READ IT CAREFULLY. OBC Publishing Company will not be held responsible for errors and/or omissions that are not indicated on the proof.

Inserts
Inserts are available in the Southern California Happenings and Employee Savings Magazines only. Call for details.

Color
Ads are printed in black and white. One spot color (Process Cyan) can be added for $35 per ad, per issue. Four-color ads are $100 per ad, per issue.

Premium Position Placement Eligibility:
Special positioning is guaranteed only as indicated on the Advertising Agreement. Advertiser must meet the following requirements to be eligible for premium position consideration:

	Advertiser must have run an ad in at least the last three consecutive issues.
	Advertiser's account must be in good standing.
	Signed Advertising Agreements must be received by the publication deadline date
	Premium Position pages in future issues are not pre-sold or reserved without management approval.

Payment Information
Checks - Payment for advertising is due with order. Make checks payable to OBC Publishing Company. There is a $25 charge for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds. Replacement payments must be made with cash, certified check or money order only.
